many of my CDs come from my Dad's collection (notably, the Zappa and Hendrix) that he gave me; he's a big reason i'm so passionate about music and he's frickin awesome! when i began collecting physical music, my goal was to collect vinyl records. it was trendy, it was vintage, i was pretencious (maybe still am). but i have grown to fall in love with CDs and the early-2000s sorts of physical media. i'm proud of my collection and i'm proud to actually use it!
